Another chapter was released in a 2007 two volume pain management text in common use. The reference is Reeves KD. Prolotherapy:Regenerative Injection Therapy. In: Waldman SD (ed): Pain Management. Philadelphia; Saunders (Elsevier); 2007; pg 1106-1127 pictures are a bit too graphic for me to put on this web site for the general public with children that may click unawares.   However, if you click the icon you will find the text of the chapter to read.

For Physicians:  The 2007 text by Waldman is a better resouce for methods in prolotherapy.  Please email me if you want a pdf of that illustrated chapter.  I will be glad to send it to you but did not consider it appropriate to include it on this site.   Note that a 2nd edition is in process due out in 2011.
